The resort was flanked by the beautiful ocean on one side and the rainforest mountains on the other. Absolutely beautiful views as you walked about, enjoyed the pool, or strolled on the beach. The rooms were kept very clean and comfortable. Our building was near to the lobby and pool area, which made it convenient to walk. But we saw staff readily driving carts to pick up people whose buildings may be further away. Some staff were more enthusiastic and engaging than others, but all were helpful. The food at the restaurants was absolutely delicious, but be prepared to pay resort prices. To eat locally, we needed to drive off the extensive resort campus, and there weren't many options in the surrounding area. The resort felt like a secluded tropical paradise, which was very private and safe. The swim up pool bar was great. They were food options available nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Carlos, who would greet us whenever we passed by anywhere on the resort with a big smile and a friendly "Hi familia". While we were there, the island suffered a significant blackout, with most of the population without electricity for a couple of days. We wouldn't have known that was occurring as the resort was fully functional. We heard it from some people that had flown in and our family that reached out to us concerned. It was great that the resort wasn't affected and seemed to be well prepared.

The property was very pretty, large, and the pools were very nice! The lobby was beautiful and it was nice to be away from the city of San Juan. It was more peaceful. Only downside to that is if you want to go anywhere off the resort you need a car since it is very secluded. There were lots of golf carts around if you didn’t feel like walking far which was nice or if it was raining. The pickleball courts were one of my favorite things we had access to.

Breakfast was outstanding. Excellent food options. Perfect value and excellent omelettes. Great choice of local bites too. Beautiful property, amazing pools, excellent tennis and pickleball ball options. Staff at pool bars and facilities are very helpful and attentive.

The location and facilities were wonderful. We came with a five-year-old and a two-year-old. They provided many activities for them to do, including the transportation trolleys, which were a favorite of the kids.

Debby

All staff were really polite, friendly and professional. Stunning remote location. Lots of food and drink choices in many locations. Lots to do locally outside of the hotel.
